Refund policy

As all goods sold are used/secondhand, have a no refund or return policy. However, should the wrong item(s) be shipped you may be eligible for an exchange.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at resolutions@thebookbucket.com.au. Please note that the goods will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 1119 Bongaree QLD 4507

If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.

Please note that local Book Bucket Stores only provide a place for 'pick-up' and cannot provide resolution on behalf of The Book Bucket Online
