Refund policy
As all goods sold are used/secondhand, have a no refund or return policy.
However, should the wrong item(s) be shipped you may be eligible for an exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.

In-Store Resolution
Please note that local Book Bucket Stores only provide a place for 'pick-up' / collection of your purchases from the Online Store and cannot provide resolution on behalf of The Book Bucket Online Store
Uncollected In-Store Pickup Orders
When an order is placed with in-store pickup selected, the nominated store will hold your order for 14 days from the date you receive your "Ready for Pickup" notification. This hold period includes weekends and public holidays.
A reminder notification will be sent after 7 days if your order has not yet been collected.
If your order is not collected within the 14-day hold period, it will be cancelled and restocked at the holding store. No refund will be issued for uncollected orders. This reflects the heavily discounted nature of our secondhand stock, the fact that no delivery fee was charged to bring your order to the store, and the cost of holding inventory over a period of time on your behalf.
If you are unable to collect your order within the hold period, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@thebookbucket.com.au. Please note that the 14-day collection window cannot be extended.
By placing an order with in-store pickup, you agree to collect your order within the 14-day hold period.
