This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and ship your orders within Australia using Australia Post.

Processing Time:

We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays) after receiving payment.

Shipping within Australia:

We partner with Australia Post to provide reliable shipping services across Australia. 

Sure, it costs a bit more than other carriers, but at this stage we find them the most reliable in terms of consistent pricing, tracking availability and delivery to all Australian locations.  

Shipping Options and Estimated Delivery Times:

We offer the following shipping options through Australia Post:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-8 business days from dispatch, depending on your location within Australia.

Please remember that these are estimated delivery times provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as public holidays, peak periods, and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your chosen shipping method and destination within Australia.

Bundles with Flat Rate postage: 
You can see the exact shipping cost calculated at checkout by Auspost before completing your purchase.
Auspost provides a flat rate for the following size/ weights and an additional fee for items over the 5kg weight threshold

  • Small Satchels up to 5kg 
  • Medium Satchels up to 5kg
  • Large Satchels up to 5kg
  • Extra Large Satchels up to 5kg

Customised delivery: 

  • Custom bundles as per quote provided prior to sale confirmation

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery on the Australia Post website (https://auspost.com.au/).  

Shipping Address:

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete, including any apartment numbers, unit numbers, or business names if applicable. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

While we take great care in packaging your books securely, occasionally packages may be lost or damaged in transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Please provide your order number and any relevant photos of the damage. We will work with you and Australia Post to resolve the issue.
